Reclaim Security Names Stephen Wadsworth VP of Sales as It Builds Its U.S. Remediation Business
Reclaim Security is adding an experienced cybersecurity sales executive to its leadership team as the company looks to expand its presence in the U.S. enterprise market.
The company has appointed Stephen Wadsworth as Vice President of Sales, giving him responsibility for its U.S. go-to-market operation. Based in Boston, Wadsworth brings nearly two decades of cybersecurity sales experience and a background that includes helping build sales organizations at companies that were later acquired by major security vendors.
Wadsworth was an early sales leader at Luminate Security, which was acquired by Symantec, and most recently led sales at Entitle through its acquisition by BeyondTrust. His career also includes leadership roles at Threat Stack, Banyan Security and Cyolo.
The appointment comes as Reclaim seeks to scale its revenue engine around growing enterprise demand for automated exposure remediation.
From Security Findings to Fixes
Reclaim’s pitch centers on a familiar challenge for security teams: discovering an exposure does not necessarily mean fixing it.
Security organizations have access to an expanding number of tools capable of identifying issues across their environments. But those findings can accumulate faster than teams can investigate, prioritize and remediate them.
Reclaim’s AI Security Engineer is designed to address that gap. The platform discovers exposures across endpoint, email, identity, browser and cloud environments, plans business-aware fixes and executes them across the existing security stack.
The company says customers including Telit Cinterion, Pine Gate Renewables and Eastern Pacific Shipping use Reclaim to turn lists of findings into implemented fixes. Reclaim typically demonstrates value within a 10-day proof of value, according to the company.
Wadsworth sees this shift toward outcomes as an important change in how security leaders evaluate their technology investments.
“I’ve spent my career skating to where the puck is going,” said Wadsworth. “CISOs don’t need more security tools, they need more value from what they already pay for. Every CISO I’ve spoken to in the last 6–12 months is tired of being told they have more problems to fix. The market is hungry for outcomes. As adversaries increasingly abuse frontier models at scale, continuous, real-time prevention needs to be the focus — and Reclaim is built to turn findings into implemented fixes without disruption.”
Experience From Companies That Scaled
Wadsworth’s background is notable because much of it has involved cybersecurity companies navigating important growth periods.
At Luminate Security, he was an early sales leader before the company was acquired by Symantec. At Entitle, he most recently led sales before its acquisition by BeyondTrust. His other leadership positions include Threat Stack, Banyan Security and Cyolo.
That experience will now be applied to Reclaim’s effort to expand its U.S. sales organization.
“Stephen has built the sales organizations behind some of the most consequential security companies of the last decade,” said Barak Klinghofer, co-founder and CEO of Reclaim Security. “The industry has spent ten years getting better at finding and prioritizing exposures and barely moved on fixing them. Visibility without remediation is noise. With Stephen leading sales, we’re scaling the team that fixes what everyone else only finds.”
For Reclaim, the distinction between visibility and remediation is central to its market positioning. The company describes itself as a preemptive exposure remediation provider rather than another source of security findings.
A Company Moving Into Its Next Phase
The new sales leadership follows a period of financial momentum for Reclaim. In March 2026, the company announced a $20 million Series A led by Acrew Capital, with participation from QP Ventures and Ibex Investors. The financing brought its total funding to $26 million.
Reclaim has also published customer results from organizations including Telit Cinterion, Pine Gate Renewables, Competitive Power Ventures and Aqua Security.
The company’s broader strategy is to help enterprises get more value from the security infrastructure they already own. Its AI Security Engineer spans endpoint, email, identity, browser, operating system and cloud environments, with the goal of turning identified exposures into implemented fixes.
Wadsworth’s arrival adds sales experience to that proposition at a time when Reclaim is looking to expand its U.S. business. The immediate challenge will be converting the company’s remediation approach, funding and customer traction into a larger commercial operation.
For Reclaim, the opportunity is ultimately about changing the measurement of security effectiveness. Finding an exposure creates visibility; fixing it creates an outcome. The company is betting that enterprises are increasingly ready to prioritize the latter.
